Thank you, both for your review and for trusting us with the care of your mother, I will pass your kind words on to our care team. <br>Although we are fully staffed at Elvy Court we do occasionally need to supplement our own care team with agency staff to ensure safe staffing levels for those in our care. On these occasions, we allocate the agency member to work alongside one of our own, more experienced members of staff. The care standards on the floors are reviewed daily by the nurses and senior care team and discussed daily with the management team in our morning briefings.
