We appreciate your frustration around response times for opening the front door and that you recognise the need for security at the home. We have recently employed a second home administrator to extend the hours reception is open Monday to Friday; however, this will not address the issue at night or at weekends. The home’s management team is implementing an increased presence in the home at weekends; they will be working in the administration offices near the front door. We will brief our staff to be more vigilant about the front doorbell, and we will also look into the possibility of enhancing our camera/door release technology. We hope these measures will improve the visiting experience.
