Naturally, this is a rather disappointing review and we take all constructive comments on board.  <br>We have made several improvements to the environment, including full redecoration to all corridors with a stylish wall paper, and replacing the handrails for a more modern wooden finish. All bedrooms are redecorated when vacated, ready for the next admission. Currently all ensuite bathrooms are being refurbished, new tiles, and flooring.  <br>The comments regarding the Activity Coordinator would serve better directed to his new employment, rather than towards the new team at Sydmar, which feels rather unfair, and somewhat unkind.  <br>Sydmar is a Jewish care home, and we are supported by Rabbi Schochet, who advises and overseas all festivals, and visits during Shabbat for candle lighting and prayers.  <br>It has been some time since your grandmother was in the home, therefore not all your comments are factually accurate, however we appreciate all feedback and wish you well.
