Hi Tracy, my deepest condolences to you and your family.<br>I appreciate you taking the time to complete this review given the current circumstances. <br>Our philosophy of care is to ensure that our care is carried out with dignity and compassion and each resident is treated as an individual in a person-centred way.<br>Mam was a wonderful person who we had the privilege to know.
