Myself and Efhl recognise Rush Court has been through a difficult time in the past couple of years, and are committed to driving forward improvements. In recent months we have worked hard to recruit to key management roles within the team and permanent colleagues, reducing our reliance on agency use. I strive to respond in a timely manner to feedback, both negative and positive, that will ultimately help us to continually improve.
