I understand that the Home Manager was supporting you with advice during your dad’s stay as far as she could, though specific decisions relating to medication are taken by residents’ GPs and not by our care teams. I understand how distressing it is when you see a loved one’s health deteriorate, though please understand that our care team really did want the best for him, working alongside medical professionals and the social care teams, as well as the teams at the hospital.
