My name is Alison McCulla, I am the appointed Manager for Redesdale Court Care Home. I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you appear to have had some negative experience’s whilst your mother resided at Redesdale. I would like to reassure you that we value your feedback and will act upon the points you have raised.  We also appreciate your positive comments regarding the staff, the environment and more importantly how well your mam was looked after whilst living with us and can only apologise for the lack of communication you experienced during the Covid pandemic. We aim to continuously improve our service and your feedback is essential to allow us to do so, we will include this feedback in our meetings and share learning forums to look at new and more effective ways of working moving forward.
