I am sorry to hear about your experience visiting someone. We would've welcomed your feedback and investigated these concerns if you raised them with us during your visit. We have an open-door policy and encourage open and honest discussion. I have not received a complaint about the heating. All of us, including myself, visually check rooms. Neither the maintenance man nor I have been reported to have exposed sockets or trip hazards. We are happy to meet and discuss your concerns.
