I will be sure to pass the positive comments onto the staff team.  <br>Because of GDPR I am not at liberty to discuss individual staff members or their personal circumstances but what I would say is that Nellsar do care very much about their staff, they are truly valued which we believe is why so many of them are long standing, and we do look after them in many different ways.   Every staff member is entitled to receive statutory sick pay and it is personal choice if they choose to claim this or continue working, I am sure this would have been discussed with the person concerned as well as other options to support them whilst working.
