Thank you for taking the time to leave this positive review of your experience with our care team and care home at Primrose House. It's really lovely to read that everyone at Primrose House are very helpful and kind and that food has improved. I can't agree with the comment regarding activities - we have regular activities and a very full schedule - as can be seen in the regular newsletters that the team at Primrose House create. The Covid period has meant that we have had fewer outside entertainers coming in - but with Covid restrictions lifting and recent spring boosters we are more able to go back to these as well. Activities are provided by all team members - we have an activity co-ordinator starting soon - who will further enhance the activity provision, of course. <br>Thank you for this feedback.
