Thank you for your comments which we take very seriously. Your husband's room has been personalised by yourself, which is full of memorabilia for him. The bedrooms are cleaned daily. <br>Some of the residents on the memory floor have recently been on outside excursions and as previously discussed, the well-being team would love for you to join them on their trips out. <br>I would just like to thank you for the donation of the water feature and garden ornaments, and for tending our flower beds.
