Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're sorry to hear that your aunt's stay with us was not up to the standards that we strive for, and we take all feedback seriously and are committed to improving the quality of care that we provide. Many of the issues have been acknowledged as present before the acquisition, and it was clear that the home needed to take action to address these issues and improve the quality of care provided. The new management team are doing this despite only being in place since the start of March this year, and many current family members have already seen some of the ongoing changes that have been implemented and appear happy with the direction that the home is going.
