We are so pleased to hear that your stay was pleasant and that you found the staff kind and compassionate. We’re sorry to hear that the food provision didn’t meet your expectations, but we are pleased to let you know that we have recently had a new head chef join our team and residents have been very happy with his food offering and change of menu. Unfortunately, due to refurbishment works, there were limited rooms available during your stay and therefore the room we had available at the time had no direct garden access and was opposite an alarm call point panel. This must be kept operational; however, we did reduce the volume of this at night time to keep disturbance to a minimum.
