I am sincerely sorry you feel this way and feel so negatively about your experience. Our aim is to provide the best possible care to all residents we support. At the home we do have a contract with the NHS to support residents who are medically fit to leave hospital but require further rehabilitation. Staff work in conjunction with the NHS therapy team and residents are cared for in the same manner as those who live in the home permanently. I am sorry if your perception has been that this is not the case. The home has recently had a routine, external inspection from Infection Prevention and Control (IPC), the home was awarded a score of 97.7%, during this inspection the whole home is inspected including resident’s bedrooms, cleaning schedules are also reviewed. Once again I am sorry your experience is not meeting your expectations and if you would like to bring your concerns to the attention of the home we will be happy to discuss these with you.
