Many thanks for taking the time to write a review.  It’s disappointing when a relative that isn’t regularly involved in a resident's care makes accusations and assumptions that are incorrect.  We are confident that the concerns raised within this review have been investigated and are not correct.  The resident in question is well looked after and we are in contact with the Next of Kin and healthcare professionals in regard to ensuring that the best possible care is delivered.  We are confident that valuables are safe and secure in line with the correct procedure.  This negative review is isolated in regard to other reviews and we would ask the reader to take this into account.
