We are sorry to hear that your mum is not happy with her meals. Our menus are created with feedback from residents and reflect their likes and dislikes. Residents have a food passport to capture any particular requirements or wish in relation to food or the serving of meals. If our menu features something that is not to their liking, residents are able to request an alternative meal or order something from our Chef’s special menu that day. We can also give reassurance that all of our residents receive regular hygiene visits from the dentist.
