Thank you for your feedback. We have management 7 days a week at our care home, our senior team are experienced individuals who can support the home in the absence of the manager. We always ensure that there is a responsible person on at all times should you require any senior attention.  Management are also on call 24/7 for urgent queries and emergencies.
