We apologize as this can happen on occasion as our care home is akin to an extension of a hospital with complex needs patients who require assessments and attention. We are also pleased to inform you that all of our overseas staff have passed the English language test as part of immigration requirements. While spoken English can improve with practice, we appreciate your kind words for our continual improvement as well as your lovely four-star review.
