We welcome feedback as this helps the home to continue to deliver caring, safe, effective, responsive and well-managed care for all at Ashcroft Nursing Home.<br>The home has a simplified complaints policy that is displayed in the entrance. However, there is no evidence of you bringing this to the attention of the home. If this had been the case, the home would have acted promptly to try and resolve the issue immediately.<br>The staff levels are based on the service users' needs and not the number of service users at the home. Staff are always on hand to help when needed. <br>As a learning organisation, we feel it is vitally important to invest in staff, to aid in their development and gain new skills. Whilst it may be selfish to want staff to stay working at the home, we are very proud to help staff in their development, so that it leads to other opportunities within the care sector.<br>Thank you for your feedback.
