I've been informed that the management team spoke to two members of the family following the death of your mother to offer their condolence. A card was passed to the family from the team at the home. All details of your mother's funeral and wake were also passed on to staff who were entitled to attend if they wished. I'm sorry you felt unsupported at a time of need, this certainly was not our intention.
