Thank you for taking the time to bring your experience to our attention. We take all feedback very seriously. We feel sad that this review has been given after two and a half years of very much enjoying the care we have provided your mother. As you know we have a smaller lounge for TV watching on our portable television. This allows activities (with our two dedicated activity leaders) and conversation beyond the background noise of all-day TV.  As you are also aware, lunch can be taken communally at the dining table for those that wish to do that. In respect of your comment about medication, we are not able to give any medication unless prescribed by a doctor who has independently assessed the need of the resident. We always put our client’s needs first and finding the right care setting for them, however distressing a move may be for the family, is sometimes the right thing to do. We wish your mum all the best in her new home.
