I'm sorry your experience did not meet your expectations and we take all feedback very seriously. We have some wonderful staff at the home so thank you for your kind words. We invite you to come for the confidential discussion regarding those who you did not feel met expectations. We had offered a range of rooms which we had available at the time including one with an en-suite. It was decided by family members that your mother was not to move, so I am sorry you did not find this satisfactory. We emphasise providing residents with choice. Loved ones are welcome to have visits in communal spaces and this was offered as an option to your family. As you state your mother was reluctant to leave her room and she was reluctant to accept assistance with personal care so her wishes were respected as much as possible as we would always do with residents with capacity. Unfortunately, during your mother's stay no concerns were raised with the manager. We wish your mother all the best.
