Dear Adele,<br>Thank you so much for such wonderful positive feedback and we were really pleased to look after your mum from 2018. Mum always had a beautiful smile on her face when we talk about you. I still remember when we took Mum to town to have her ear pierced so she can wear normal earrings. She was so happy that time when we made her wish come true.
