Thank you for your kind review. <br>We are so sorry about the delays which we are facing with the continence service. Unfortunately, this is an issue for all care homes in the area and we are experiencing delays of up to a year. We are working closely with GPs and other healthcare professionals including the continence team however there isn't much we can do to speed up the continence team's timescales.
