We have taken this feedback on board and have reviewed the name badges that we use. We are looking to replace the current badges with a new style, something with a bolder font. <br>We have addressed the approach to entering private rooms with staff by bringing this concern at the time of the report to 'you said, we did' and have seen an improvement across the home. <br>All staff are given training in dignity and person-centred care and we have undertaken a review of how to approach each resident's room in a polite and relevant way for each individual.
