A safeguarding alert was investigated and closed. External NHS dieticians addressed the weight loss, and your mother was discharged from the team. This was discussed in a meeting with the manager. Our electronic care system ensures accurate records weights are inputted and cannot be altered for auditing and accountability purposes. We tried contacting the hospital and your family for updates but received no response. Once a resident is discharged, the room is reoccupied. Please be assured that we take your feedback seriously and are committed to making improvements based on your input.
