I’m so pleased that your mum has settled in so well and I will pass on your comments to our staff team.<br>We do need to keep entrances and exits to the home secure for the safety of our residents.<br>I’m sorry you have sometimes experienced a delay in staff attending to the door, we do try to prioritise the doorbell, but if staff are all attending to resident needs, then sometimes, at busier times of the day, delays in admitting visitors can occur.
