I am sorry you are finding the lounge unsupervised, as you will be aware, we have many lounges, with our high dependency lounge always having at least one staff member but usually two to three, ensuring the safe well-being of residents ensuring continuous supervision. However, our Grand Hall, Regency and Orangery have staff present who move between the areas to support and tend to needs, as our residents in these areas do not require constant supervision. As you mention, the nurse is often present also. I'm ever so sorry if this message has not been clearly communicated, I will add to the agenda for the relatives meeting. <br>Fruit is always a great snack and available throughout the day. We are very excited that our new kitchenette area is enabling easy access for all staff, residents and visitors to drinks and a variety of snacks any time, day or night.
