Prior to a stay, the team carry out a pre-assessment to establish our residents' needs. This ensures that we can meet our residents' needs and the team are fully aware as to what support is required. There is a welcome pack within each room which provides information as to what to expect during your stay and the manager of the home personally visits all residents and I believe you met the manager throughout your stay. All food is cooked on-site freshly each day and our menus are revised frequently with resident input.
