I am pleased to update that the intermediate care unit has recently been redecorated. The unit has a regular cleaning schedule in place, which is audited and monitored. It is clear from this that frequent cleaning is completed. To ensure any issues are picked up promptly, feedback is also sought from all patients during their stay to gather feedback on hygiene, communication, food and so on.
