I am deeply sorry you feel this way and feel that you have had a negative experience. Unfortunately, as the home is only registered for residential dementia care, there are times when a resident’s needs change and they can no longer be safely cared for in the home, despite all our efforts. The home has worked closely and taken advice from all relevant professionals before making any decisions. It is with deep regret the outcome has been the need for your mother to move to a home that is better placed to care for her. Once again, we are sorry and hope your mother settles well in her new home.
