Thank you for kindly leaving us a review, we really do appreciate this. Despite the time only being short it was such a pleasure to meet your dad and yourself as a family.  Your dad was a true gentleman and we truly enjoyed having him stay with us at the Hawthorns. Please know that we take feedback very seriously and I will share your comments relating to food with the Head Chef. I am sorry to hear your dad did not always enjoy the selection or the consistency of the dish on offer and we will always continue to take feedback on board and strive to be our best we possibly can.
