I am sorry you had a mixed experience but pleased you felt members of the team were friendly and helpful.<br>All our staff receive a robust induction upon commencement of employment and training that is refreshed annually. Our staffing levels are reviewed at a minimum monthly and are based on the needs of our residents. We always maintain safe staffing levels. Colleagues are allocated to a community within Sutherland Court to provide consistency to our residents; however, during holiday seasons or any leave of absence, we do have colleagues covering for members of their team.
