Thank you for your review. We understand that at the time a full investigation was completed and this was sent in full to you on 19/07/23. We were sorry to hear that despite attempts, your mother declined personal care and we understand completely how upsetting this was for you and your family. At our Ashfields Care Home we always want to provide a high standard of care and have many respite stays that go on to stay permanently. We are sorry that you did not feel that we could progress with the care provided and we do hope your mum is happy and settled in her new surroundings.
