I am sorry to hear about your experience. We strive to maintain a clean and presentable environment at all times. We have re-started our refurbishment programme which due to covid was pushed back almost 2 years. With regards to fees, these are in line with local and national compatible's and we are more than happy to discuss any aspects that you feel you are unhappy with.
