Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review for Kingsland. It was our pleasure to care for your mother during her time with us. She was such a lovely lady, she enjoyed her chats, sweet treats, music and singing and her love of animals was evident as she had the brightest smile when your family dogs or our therapy dogs came to visit. It was our privilege to have been able to bring her home for her last days with you and her family  - end of life care can be very difficult to navigate and at Kingsland both myself and all the staff seek to provide a holistic approach during this time ensuring a safe caring and comfortable environment for both the individual and their family. It is greatly appreciated to have that acknowledged in your review. She is dearly missed by us all here as are your visits too.
