I am deeply sorry you feel this way, our aim is to provide the best possible care to those we support, and it is something we take very seriously. Unfortunately, there are times when a person’s needs change and they can no longer be safely cared for in a particular setting, despite all efforts. We work closely with external professionals and families when this unfortunate situation arises.
