We were sorry to read that you felt the room provided wasn’t suitable and we understand that as soon as we knew about this, a room upstairs was provided instead for you. We do our very best to reserve specific rooms if requested and we are able to do so but sadly, we didn’t know that this was your preference and thought a ground floor room post operation would make things more comfortable. Once equipment concerns were addressed with the management team, they were instantly rectified to make your loved one as comfortable as possible during their stay with us.
