Thank you for your feedback Sheila. We would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused by our Manager being on annual leave this week. However you may not be aware that yesterday you did speak to one of our Senior Care Assistants who was in charge of our morning shift and our Care Co-Ordinator who was in charge of our afternoon shift when you called back later.
Our Deputy Manager also works 8am til 4pm should you wish to discuss this matter and is available Monday to Friday.
