I am very sorry to hear of your experience at Eversleigh Care Centre. It is clear that our home was not the right place for your father and could not meet his needs. We had not received accurate information from the NHS hospital that arranged the discharge which was part of the reason we were unprepared. I also apologise that further issues were not resolved. We will take on board your comments and try to ensure that we are providing a good quality of service in the future.
