Thank you for your comments Yvonne. I have checked with the management and was told that we have requested your Aunt’s needs to be assessed for nursing needs. I will check with the social worker if there is any progress with this request. I understand that you are looking to move your Aunt closer to your family home. It is for the social worker to review this request. I will also contact them to see if there is any update on this. I appreciate that staff changes can be a bit unsettling for the families and residents. <br>We are trying to avoid them as much as possible. Please be reassured that there are no more planned staff changes in the foreseeable future.
