Thank you Vince for your comments. I appreciate that staff changes can be a bit unsettling for the families and residents. <br>We are trying to avoid them as much as possible. Please be reassured that there are no more planned staff changes in the foreseeable future. We have a good team of staff at all levels who will try their best to provide the best care for all our residents. <br>Any time you have any concerns please do not hesitate to speak to any of us, on the floor or in the office.
