We have looked into the issues raised in your review, sadly the home did have an outbreak in November 2022 which was quickly dealt with and resolved. We are surprised and concerned with the issues raised in your review with regards to care provided in the home as, since your mother became a resident in the home in May 2022, you have never raised any concerns with the manager who has an open door policy. Our Care Home Manager would be more than happy to meet with you to alleviate your concerns.
