I am aware that since this feedback, you have managed to get the correct information from your sister and also from the Care Home and have confirmed in an email that the above information was factually incorrect. I appreciate that you have sent us an email apologising for the miscommunication between yourself and your sister. As you have confirmed no staff have stolen any items from your mother and any phone chargers that have been misplaced have been refunded by the Care Home. The Home would appreciate as you mentioned in your email that you would email the site and retract your comment. Going forward please contact the Home Manager or Regional Manager if you have any concerns.
