I am given to understand that Heathlands had various meetings with you while your relative was at the home regarding the issues you have raised, and it’s regrettable that in the end we had to serve notice on your relative’s placement. As you will remember from our communication with you then, our actions were not related to your relative or their care, but were actually due to infringements concerning the contract that was signed by yourself. This all occurred before I took over as registered manager, but if you wish to raise a complaint you can write directly to me and your issues will be investigated thoroughly.
