As we have previously made clear, we do not agree with the claims made and dispute many accounts you have given. We have asked for you to follow the correct channels.
We have however, had many conversations, however, due the manner in which you have treated our staff, have sadly had to make it clear we would not be able to discuss this any further, and for you to follow the guidelines and processes set forth by safeguarding and the CQC.
