I can confirm that we do have a regular program of refurbishing our bedrooms, and in relation to beds, we provide different types according to the needs of the individual, in many cases divan beds are appropriate, where they are not, more specialist hospital beds are provided. As discussed, Holmewood has manual handling equipment available, in this case we were awaiting the advice of the occupational therapist before obtaining individual equipment. We do keep an inventory of items brought into the Home and I am sorry that some items were not returned on discharge, they may have still been in the laundry, if you could let me know what is missing, I will locate and forward these to you.
