If I may respond to some of the points raised.<br>Rastrick Hall and Grange achieved a CQC rating of” Good” in May 2023, a significant improvement on its previous rating in April 2021. We also have an extensive redecoration programme underway making the home bright and fresh. In respect of the Scabies outbreak, after investigation, it was proven that this was contracted in the hospital and brought into the home following discharge. Staffing is continually monitored and is always kept to a safe level dependent on the needs of the home. Given this I don’t feel  that your comments are a fair reflection on Rastrick Hall and Grange and we are sorry that your experience of the home has been a negative one. We are however pleased that you have found somewhere where your relative is now happy and settled.
