All feedback is welcomed and allows us to continually develop our service.<br>We regularly discuss service satisfaction with people in our care and the resident in question has recently reviewed the home with an overall rating of 4 ( Good) <br>Maple Lodge currently has a rating of 9.2 out of 10 with over 87 % of reviews scoring 4 Stars or above.<br>In respect of the food served, the main meal of the day is often the lunchtime service within our homes with lighter bites (sandwiches/soups/baked potatoes) offered at dinner. There is however always the choice to reverse this. Our Menus are changed daily with a choice of options for every sitting.<br>We are saddened that you feel like this about the standard of service provided and would welcome the opportunity to discuss the points raised in detail.
