Many thanks for taking the time to feedback to us.<br>We have a rolling programme of refurbishment and replacement, meaning that every room will be redecorated with new fixtures and fittings in turn, whether that is soft furnishings such as curtains, or furniture, etc. on a regular and reasonable turnaround basis. We are more than happy to act upon individual issues as they arise.<br>Communication is key and personal to each resident and family, so let us look into this and ensure we are meeting these needs in future.
